Nabaliisa Joyce is a public health professional with over seven years of experience in public health programming, implementation, training and supervision of community public health programmes, Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, and planning and coordinating projects. She has experience with PEPFAR and USAID Programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Population statistics, a Master of Public Health (MPH), and is a current student of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Uganda Management Institute (UMI).
She has experience in MEAL in the areas of HIV/AIDS, violence against children/women, OVC programming, and Sexual and Reproductive Health, in which her passion lies. She has vast experience in Research, developing and implementing MEAL Systems; Institutionalizing Learning; Qualitative and Quantitative analysis (MS Access, Excel, SPSS and Nvivo); Data visualisation using Power BI. She has worked with Family Health International (FHI360) as part of the MEAL/Quality Assurance department, which saw the successful implementation and evaluation of the USAID/APC project and the SCORE/OVC project.
