Frank is a lawyer and researcher focusing on Health, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Human Rights with special interest in digital health, health taxation, Intellectual property, and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs). He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and he is currently a Master of Laws (LLM) candidate. Frank has also received technical and professional training in SRHR advocacy, Data Protection and Security, Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs), Tax administration, public administration, project planning and management. He believes in a free world built on the principles of equality and equity.
